Go to Mobile/Tablet settings Add Exchange/Microsoft Exchange Account Enter Username: your RHHS Email Description: Name this mailbox ex. RHHS Email Password: Email Password sent to you Choose Sign in or Configure automatically not manually If you choose manual configuration: username is the same as the email, just copy paste it server is: outlook.office365.com
