For The Academic Year: 2026-2027
Amani El Baba is Deputy General Manager at Al Baba Sweets and a third-generation member of the family business. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management in 2005 and recently completed her MBA at the American University of Beirut (AUB). Continuing to expand her expertise in finance and investment, she is currently pursuing an online Graduate Professional Diploma in Investment Analysis and Modern Portfolio Management at AUB.
Amani believes that successful companies become—and remain—great by creating and fostering healthy, motivating cultures where their teams can thrive. She strongly believes that leading with a clear, well-communicated, and shared vision is fundamental to both personal and professional success.
Outside of work, Amani enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors with her family.

The Association organizes annual reunions, networking sessions, mentorship programs, and community service initiatives to maintain engagement and celebrate RHHS’s legacy.
