Leadership & Communication Skills Workshop

With the start of the 2026–2027 academic year, RHHS brought together staff members taking on leadership roles for an interactive workshop on positive leadership and effective communication.

The workshop created a space for participants to reflect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Through hands-on activities and discussions, they explored what it means to lead positively: building trust, listening to different perspectives, empowering others, communicating clearly and effectively, and recognizing that different people and situations may require different approaches.

The session also focused on qualities such as flexibility, planning, and support, while encouraging participants to distinguish between personal judgments and objective facts when communicating and making decisions.

It was a meaningful opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and begin the new academic year with a shared understanding of leadership built on trust, collaboration, and giving every team member a voice.
